83 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria

On Sunday, November 29, 82 new COVID19 cases were registered in Nigeria.Lagos reported 48 new cases, the highest for the day according to Nigeria's NCDC Center for Disease Control. Rivers-8, Kwara-6, Yobe-6, Katsina-5, FCT-3, Nasarawa-2, Plateau-1, Ogun-1, Kano-1, and Osun-1 are among the other states with new cases.Nigeria now has 67,412 new cases confirmed. With 1,173 deaths reported, 63,055 patients have been discharged so far. See cases per states below:

Gunmen kidnap lady on her way to Port Harcourt Church

A young lady was kidnapped by gunmen accused of being kidnappers in Port Harcourt, the state capital of the Rivers.It was said that the lady was abducted on her way to church on Sunday morning, November 29.Her brother, who confirmed the incident on Twitter, said the incident took place at the Rukpakulusi New Layout in Port Harcourt, next to the Anglican Church. His sister was whisked away, according to him by four armed men in a Lexus with the number plate: CLA43JM

  Boko Haram terrorists slaughtered more than 43 farmers from Zabarmari, a farming group in the Jere Local Government area of Borno State.The incident occurred in Koshebe village in the Mafa Local Government Area on Saturday, November 28, while the victims were working in a rice field. One from Borno State, Mohammed Chiroma, posted pictures of the victims being retrieved from the scene of the massacre. The photographs reveal that the majority of the farmers have been decapitated. On Sunday morning, November 29, the victims were buried.
