920 new cases of COVID19 were registered in Nigeria on Saturday 19 December.According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Lagos reported 308 new cases, while the FCT recorded 207 new cases.Other fresh-case states include Kaduna-179, Plateau-46, Niger-43, Adamawa-26, Sokoto-18, Rivers-16, Yobe-15, Enugu-13, Kano-13, Ogun-12, Delta-10, Edo-5, Osun-3, Oyo-3, Anambra-2 and Ekiti-1.Nigeria reportedly has 77,933 confirmed cases with 67,784 of the patients discharged so far.Unfortunately, 1,218 deaths have been reported.
