Ibrahim Rotich has been accused with the murder of Agnes Tirop, a Kenyan athlete.
Rotich was charged with murder and pleaded not guilty in the Eldoret High Court on Tuesday morning.
On December 1, the court will rule on his bail application.
Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) detained Rotich a day after Tirop’s death was discovered in their Iten house with stab wounds.
