Bishop Francis Wale Oke, National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria PFN, has urged the Federal Government led by President Muhammadu Buhari not to quiet IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu and Yoruba Nation agitator Sunday Igboho.
Oke, speaking on Thursday at the Redeemed Christian Church of God camp in Mowe, Ogun state, urged the Buhari administration to practise good governance and equity as a means of resolving the agitations across Nigeria, adding that if Kanu and Igboho are silenced, the agitations will continue and others will rise.
Oke said, “We appeal to the government to make sure that there is equity in the participation and representation in governance by the people.
“Until that is done, agitation will never stop. If we silence Nnamdi Kanu and Sunday Igboho, others will rise.”
