Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria’s First Lady, has reportedly vacated the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, due to security issues. The First Lady has not returned to the country since the wedding of her daughter, Hanan, in September.Mrs. Buhari spent three months in Dubai, not in a rush to return, saying that the Presidential Villa was not safe for her family, according to SaharaReporters.Mrs. Buhari’s worry is said to have been caused by a shooting incident that happened in June.Recall that a crisis erupted in the Presidential Villa in June, after Buhari’s Personal Assistant, Sabiu ‘Tunde’ Yusuf, deleted his security information from COVID-19 scares.When approached to comment on the reports of the First Lady’s whereabouts, her Spokesman, Aliyu Abdullahi, declined to confirm or refute the story.
