Jada Pollock responded in a new tweet on 7 April, Wednesday afternoon, after many backlashes.
In her words:
“RCA have been actively working on taking down the illegal uploads across all digital platforms from yesterday morning. Relating to the fraudulent “Wisekid” account. Thank you Wizkid FC for your dedication and patience. It does not go unnoticed”

Wisekid, the name says it all. The Wizkid impostor as been playing a fast one on many fans on Apple music by uploading a replica of ‘Made in Lagos’ album, leading to a diversion of some traffic to himself.
He titled his own album “Lasgidi Made” and used a tracklist from Wizkid’s album to dupe unsuspecting music fans.
According to African Reality, Wisekid has been earning N30 million naira per month from the song, which has received 9.3 million streams since October 2020, when he uploaded the replicated ‘Lasgidi Made.’ In addition, he cloned and posted Wizkid’s Made in Lagos album to shazam and tidal.
