A lady who bled for a year and three weeks and was then infected with Covid-19 took to Twitter to reveal what her body feels like after taking so many hits.
The woman clarified that she has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, or PCOS, which causes her periods to be prolonged and long.
She also claimed that getting her period for over a year caused her to black out at times. She still required blood transfusions. To make matters worse, she was infected with coronavirus.
Her last period which started in Feb 2020 just ended on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, and she took photos of her “tired” body.
Her post encouraged others who suffer PCOS to speak out too.
