Migos rapper Quavo and Bay Area artist Saweetie have reportedly parted ways.
Rappers Quavo and Saweetie have sparked breakup rumors after unfollowing each other on social media.
Eagled-eyed fans noticed Monday that 27-year-old Saweetie had unfollowed the 29-year-old Migos artist. He soon returned the move, leading fans to believe the couple have split.
“If saweetie and quavo really broke up.. love aint real,” wrote one fan of the couple, with another adding, “Not Quavo and Saweetie broken up!? And Why am I crying?”
Saweetie also received several tweets from those looking for a shot with the “Tap In” artist now that she’s reportedly single.
“Streets sayin saweetie and quavo broke up??? My time has arrived,” wrote one admirer.
The Bay Area native was recently heard on the “Respectfully Justin” podcast saying she doesn’t “like liars” in relationships — but didn’t call out anyone specifically.
When asked what was the most disrespectful thing a man has ever done to her, she responded, “I think it’s lying. It’s the principle, I don’t like liars.”
Adding fuel to the fire, a usually very open Saweetie avoided questions concerning her relationship with the Grammy-nominated spitter during her recent sit-down on “Leah’s Lemonade.”
The couple quietly began dating in 2018, with Saweetie confirming their relationship on daytime talk show “The Real.”
Quavo spoke to PageSix last year about his love for the beauty and her image within hip-hop, telling us, “She speaks for the pretty college girls that are taking the regular route. You don’t have to be a stripper, you don’t have to be a bartender, you don’t have to take the Instagram model route.”
“I feel like she’s speaking for those nice, teenage girls who listen to their parents and go to school,” he added. “She’s ready, she’s grown as an artist. Y’all gonna see. I’m excited for her.”
Neither Saweetie nor Quavo have confirmed breaking up. Page Six has reached out to reps for both parties.
