A member of the Supreme Court, Justice Ibrahim Saulawa revealed this at the unveiling of the national headquarters of the Muslim Lawyers’ Association of Nigeria (MULAN) on Tuesday in Abuja today December 15.
Recounting that the 66-year-old Justice Muhammad, who was absent at the swearing-in of 72 new Senior Advocates of Nigeria on Monday, December 15, perhaps to receive some treatment.
His duty was performed by the next most senior Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour who administered oaths to all the new SAN.
The CJN has been flown to the United Arab Emirates, to receive treatment.
