The widow of a Nigerian Air Force officer killed in February married his older brother.

On Saturday, February 13, late Abubakar was among the NAF staff killed in a gun fight with armed bandits at Ungwan Laya, near Birnin Gwari. The next day, he was buried.

 

The wedding, which he had announced on Facebook, was set for March.

 

The bride married his older brother on Saturday, March 20.
