The Anambra State Police Command has detained two criminals, Victor Ikechukwu, 30, and Ifeanyi Uyanne, 35, in connection with the deaths of two young men during a shooting incident on Wednesday, April 7 at Tempsite Okpuno, Awka, Anambra State.

 

According to a statement issued by the state police command’s spokesman, Tochi Ikenga, the shooting incident, which is alleged to be a cult clash, left the deceased young men with severe gunshot injuries. He claimed that the men were rushed to a local hospital but were pronounced dead by a doctor on the scene.

 

Ikenga added that items recovered from them include one tinted Toyota Corolla Vehicle and one suspected military Cap uniform.
