Fans will be welcomed into stadiums for this season’s Europa League final, according to UEFA.
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, supporters have been barred from participating in European competitions this season.
However, the Polish government is permitting 25% of the Stadion Miejski in Gdansk to be packed for the final on May 26.
This means that up to 9,500 people will be able to attend the Europa League final.
Fans travelling to Gdansk from outside Poland will be subject to a 10-day quarantine until they have completed a full course of vaccinations.
It is possible that proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test would be needed.
Inside the arena, attendees will also be required to wear a face mask.
Ticket sales have already begun and will last until May 7.
