Chelsea confirmed on Friday that Victor Moses has left the club permanently to join Spartak Moscow in Russia.
Moses appeared in 20 games for Spartak Moscow on loan last season.
“Victor Moses has today completed a permanent transfer to Spartak Moscow,” according to a Chelsea statement.
“The move ends the wideman’s nine-year Chelsea career.”
The former Super Eagles attacker was with the Blues for nine years but has battled to get into the team in recent seasons.
Moses joined Chelsea from Wigan in 2012 and made 128 appearances for the Blues.
He scored 18 goals while winning the Premier League, FA Cup, and Europa League.
As well as Spartak, Moses had loan spells at Liverpool, Stoke, West Ham, Fenerbahce and Inter Milan during his time with Chelsea.
