Wizkid, a famous Nigerian musician, caused outrage on social media after sharing a list of his favourite songs that did not include any of Davido’s music.
On the tracklist, Wizkid called Olamide’s loading as his first favourite, followed by Naza ft Niska and Yung L ft Wizkid in second and third place, respectively. However, he did not have any of Davido’s bangers in the tracks, which sparked some controversy among fans.
Until Davido and Wizkid embraced and appeared together at Wizkid’s concert in December 2017 at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos, fans of the two had been in a tense struggle for years over chart list domination, skills, and the amount of foreign partnerships.
