A woman has described her encounter with thieves posing as a bike rider and a passenger.
The woman, who resides in Ibadan, said she boarded a bike early in the morning in order to register her NIN to her SIM card.
She narrrated that Ibadan bikes carry two passengers but she had no idea the second passenger with her and the bike man were partner in crime.
When they got to a spot, the passenger pretended to alight and the bike rider stopped for him. They then produced a cutlass and tried to rob the woman.
She refused to part with her purse and phone so they battered her face with a machete.
