Yvonne Nelson, a Ghanaian actress, has resorted to Twitter to caution women who trust in slimming tea and waist trainers to assist them lose weight.

Slimming teas and waist trainer firms, according to Yvonne, are deceiving women since they do not work.

The mother of one, on the other hand, encouraged girls to either have liposuction surgery or go to the gym to achieve their ideal figure.

In her words:

“Before we go to church, lemme say this… baby gyal, no slimming tea/ waist trainer is gonna give up no TAPOLI/ snatched body, stop letting these companies/ influencers fool you. Two people. a doctor or your mum and one place, the gym can give you that body”
